Bulk Price & Sale Scheduler — last updated 17 June 2026

This app ("the App") is operated by Pintayo. This policy explains what data the App accesses when you install it on your Shopify store, why, and how it is handled.

Information we access

• Store identity — your myshopify.com domain and an offline access token, so the App can act on your store to apply and revert scheduled price changes.
• Products & prices — product, variant, collection and price data needed to run a scheduled sale and to restore the original prices afterwards. Original prices are stored so reverts are exact.
• Schedules you create — the sales you configure (targets, discount, start/end, repeat).

The App does not access customer personal data, orders, or payment information, and does not use cookies for tracking.

How we use it

Solely to provide the App's function: scheduling price changes and reverting them. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage & security

Data is stored on our server (EU) and transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored securely and used only to call the Shopify Admin API for your store.

Data retention & deletion

When you uninstall the App, your store record is marked uninstalled and the App stops accessing your store. We honour Shopify's GDPR webhooks (customers/redact, customers/data_request, shop/redact); on shop/redact your store's data is deleted. To request deletion sooner, email us.
